We hire close to home and assign each walker a single neighborhood, so they are not crossing town to reach you. They learn your building, your elevator and where the good grass is, because they are there every week.

Walks and host-home boarding have a two-pet maximum. Other services may include up to four pets after review. Routine oral and topical medication with written instructions is included; injections and medically complex care are not.
Cancel at least 24 hours ahead with no charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours and visits we cannot enter for are charged in full.
Recurring prices apply to eligible walks and drop-ins with at least two visits a week and an approved two-hour arrival window. Holiday care adds 25%. Accepted requests inside 24 hours add $10. Required parking is charged at cost. A 4.712% GET pass-on charge is added to listed prices.
Book occasionally or save on an eligible recurring route. Either way, you pay for confirmed care—not expiring credits.
Recurring prices are for eligible walks and drop-ins. Benefits do not stack with promotions; add-ons, holiday charges and GET still apply. Every request is reviewed for care fit, timing and caregiver availability before confirmation.
Storm season runs June to November and it doesn’t check whether you’re on the island. Before your first visit you sign one page that says what happens if the worst day arrives while you’re gone. Ask any other pet care company in Honolulu what theirs says.
Before service starts, we document your building’s check-in, elevator, loading and pet-area rules. High-rise pet care is a logistics job as much as a pet job, so access instructions stay on your client file.
We are opening one compact service cluster so caregivers can stay close to the pets they know.
Send us your neighborhood or building and preferred time window. We’ll confirm the active boundary, route and backup before anything is booked.
